Active Cypriot Programs and European Learning Into Acceptance, ACPELIA was founded in 2019 in Limassol Cyprus. Actually, the part of the European Programs of Cultural Association NOSTOS Pissouriou transferred in a new created organization, the ACPELIA, which will continue with the same OID and PIC number.
The association was founded to improve and advance the status and quality of life for youth in the community and the protection of social rights of other members of vulnerable groups - children, people with disabilities, the elderly, women and the unemployed.
